Friday 20th July – Arrival day Toulouse airport transfer to our hotel in Toulouse and take the afternoon to make up bikes and discover this magical city in the South West of France.

Saturday 21st - We will leave the City of Toulouse and ride a stunning low level ride across the foothills to the beautiful town of Albi who today is hosting Stage 13 for the 54km individual time trail starting in the afternoon.

We will find a good spot on the road side to watch the riders and after the podium presentation we will transfer South to the medieval town of Carcassonne to discover its stunning chateau. Our evening meal is taken at a restaurant within the Chateau walls.

Sunday 22nd July – Leaving Carcassonne early we will today ride the Tour de France route to the Summit of the Col de Pailheres to watch the Tour riders battle over this 2001m climb before descending down into the valley of Ax taking their final climb to the finish on the Plateau de Beille. We then continue our ride off to the West of the valley for our overnight accommodation in Tarascon

Monday 23rd A short transfer to Foix, today starts watching the Tour riders preparing for the start of Stage 15. After the riders have signed in and departed we will follow in their footsteps riding  stage 15 route over the Col de Port, Portet d Aspet and the Col De Mente,  finishing the ride in the Luchon valley we then head back to the PyrActif base and our accommodation in Bertren.

Tuesday 24th- Carrying on the ride of stage 15 today we ride the Stunning and challenging climb of the Port de Bales followed by the Col de Peyresourde before descending down to the Tour finish in the pretty mountain village of Loudenvielle. From here you will have the option to ride back to the base at Bertren via the Aure valley with a rolling ride leading to the picturesque Barousse valley or there is vehicle transfer available from Loudenvielle.

Wednesday 25th July – Today we take a 1hr transfer to Argeles Gazost to ride the East side of the Col de Soulor followed by the Col d’ Aubisque, we descend down 4km to the ski village of Gourette to watch the Tour finish of Stage 16. After the podium presentation we follow our footsteps back over the Aubisque and Soulor to the vehicles waiting at Argeles then transferring back to Bertren

Thursday 26th July Following a chilled morning and your chance to reflect on this great week of Tour watching and riding we will offer a guided local ride or maybe you will take the chance to visit the pretty town of Luchon to relax in the natural spa and take a lazy lunch in one of the many cafes/restaurants
