Liberty road cycling

Whilst ‘Liberty’ represents the ‘budget’ option in our riding range it still provides an excellent week’s riding.
Essentially a DIY option, you simply use us for airport pick-up and drop-off (see Location & Travel Options for full details), accommodation, meals and route planning & advice. We will happily provide maps, directions and hints ‘n’ tips on how to get the best from a route (e.g. café stops etc).

Try the local cols

With a stunning selection of cols, rolling back-roads and flat-lands to choose from, you can put together rides to cater for almost any level of fitness and experience, something that reflects in the feedback we’ve had on Liberty trips:

“We very much enjoyed our stay with you - great hosts & great chef. We would certainly like to return for future holidays with you.”  Jonathan & Helen Maginn – leisure cyclists from the UK. (Visitors 2008 & 2009)

“Chris & Helen, we had a wonderful time during our stay with you. We had more of your excellent weather when we continued on to the Alps. We climbed Galibier, Madeleine, and Alpe d'Huez during our stay there.  While we enjoyed those climbs immensely, when we return to France for cycling, if we had to choose between the Alps and the Pyrenees, we would certainly elect to return to the Pyrenees. We found that there was less traffic, better roads, better signage on the climbs, less overall congestion, and easier access to more climbs in the Pyrenees than the Alps. Best wishes to you both.”  Ed & Frances Dalrymple, touring & sportive riders, Alabama, USA (Visitors 2008 & 2009)

“Crackin’ few days, thanks, guys. Couldn’t have imagined that we’d get quite that much up-hill under our belts, but as they say…..if it’s there to climb; climb it! Helen, the food was just what we needed before and after a hard day’s riding. Put us down for next year – Hautacam still owes us big-time!”  Ed Neilson & Dan Mathieson; Yorkshire, UK (gold medal sportive riders & amateur racers, who climbed 12,137m in 5 days) (Visitors 2007, 2008 & 2009)
