Calendar & Prices (& Discounts!)

Wherever we can, we like to provide trips when you want them rather than fixing dates on a ‘take it or leave it basis’. Nevertheless, for some of the more logistically complex trips like Raids, Coast-to-Coasts, Tour de France week and some cyclosportives, it’s important to let riders know when things are taking place and you’ll find these key dates on the Calendar below.

Just because a named trip is planned, doesn’t mean that we can’t be flexible to other riders during that week – e.g. we regularly run Liberty trips alongside one of our mini-break options. So, just get in touch to let us know what / when you want to ride.

We can create fully bespoke trips if you want to ride a particularly itinerary or combination of climbs which doesn't already match up with one of our packages. Again, just mail us with an outline of what you have in mind and we'll work out a completely 'made-to-measure' holiday or training visit for you.

Continued from previous years, look out for our group discounts on 'Liberty' trips. If you book a 7-night Liberty trip for eighhen one rider travels for free provided one 'organiser' handles all of the communication & payments - a 12.5% discount on the 'list price'.

Also continuing is our Loyalty Rewards scheme. If you rode with us in 2010 or 2011, you’ll receive a discount of 7% - up to a maximum discount of £50 - on the price of any trip you book with PyrActif in 2012.
